9/14 Used Reliable pools again to close our pool and again they did a fantastic job. Everything was done throughly and efficiently. They were very professional and did a great job. I will be using them again next spring to open our pool. I can’t say enough good things about the team of Stephan, Winston, Josh, and Jason who had to lift a very large and heavy pool cover back into place as part of winterizing our pool. I had a problem with a leaking pump that I was unable to fix on my own due to a stuck impeller. I called Reliable Pools for help. Kristin was courteous and helpful. She set up a time for me to come in when a technician was available at the shop and assured me they would be able to help.When I came in, Josh was not only quick with fixing the issue, but he also made sure I was comfortable with taking care of the next steps when I brought the pump back home.
