Our Retail Location Hours

Our retail store is open Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday we are closed.

Our water lab for advanced water testing is available during store hours.

Our Sales Presentation Center located in Unit 12 is open for new pool sales, by appointment only.

Warranty Claims

If you are experiencing an issue with your Pool Craft Pool under warranty, please reach out to us directly here. In an effort to expedite your claim we ask that you include photos & as much detail as possible. Our team will be in touch within 48 business hours.
