I had a problem with a leaking pump that I was unable to fix on my own due to a stuck impeller. I called Reliable Pools, Inc. for help. Kristin was courteous and helpful. She set up a time for me to come in when a technician was available at the shop and assured me they would be able to help.
When I came in, Josh was not only quick with fixing the issue, but he also made sure I was comfortable with taking care of the next steps when I brought the pump back home. He then carried the pump out to vehicle for me. I appreciated his expertise, kindness, and professionalism.
